As a meditation teacher, I've used Banyan for years and studying Ayurveda, the system of health this is based on. I have to say this formula for me- works better than Stress Ease and Kidney Formula. I feel calm and stable energy- not a spike and not just calm but a steady energy. I think the magic ingredient is the "Eleuthero" it's a pseudo ginseng- not that aggressive energy of ginseng but it's said to calm the heart as an adaptogen.I think it's special as my TCM doc would give it to along with another formula for the liver, back in the day.So the combination with Ashwanganda, and other strengthening, balancing herbs is just the best. If you know you've burned the candle at both ends and feel wired and tired, this might be helpful. Check with your doctor first, I am not a physician.

I have used various Banyan Botanical products for a while now. I love them all. This product is absolutely THE BEST. Recently, I tapered myself off the drug Effexor (for menopause) , which has serious known, horrible withdraw symptoms. Within 24 hours of taking Adrenal nourish, the withdrawal symptoms went away, completely. As I have been taking this for a little over a month now, I feel calm, energised, and over amazing. If you’re thinking about trying this product, just do it.

Great potent product. Quality is amazing. Piece of advice - these are very powerful herbs, take it slow, very slow, build up to it, give your body some time to adjust. Everybody is different some will take less time to adjust some will long, work with your body and you will not regret. Enjoy

I started by taking 1 adrenal nourish tablet each day for 5 days. I wasn't really noticing much of a difference and then I came down with a cold. I upped my intake to 2 tablets a day. I don't know if that mattered, but my cold was not as severe as some recent colds I have had. In addition, once my cold started to subside, I did notice I wasn't as tired as I was before, nothing major but a slight improvement. It's been about 2 weeks taking 2 tablets a day and I will continue on this regimen and hope to see even more positive results.

I’ve been struggling with anxiety and anxiety attacks for the last year. A friend recommended Banyan Botanicals to me. The taste was subtle and soothing to me- like green tea. They’re pretty small and easy to swallow. I took 2 in the morning and noticed a definite sense of calm- but a natural feeling. My kids were screaming and arguing, which usually gives me a pit of anxious energy in my stomach, but I didn’t feel that. I used them almost every day for one month and have noticed a big difference in my stress levels. I haven’t gotten another bottle yet, as I haven’t felt the need to. I’d definitely recommend giving these a shot for stress and anxiety!

I wanted so badly for these to help me. Tulsi isn’t for all fatigue sufferers. I took one and it knocked me out- I slept for three hours in the middle of the day.
