Clear glass, looks easy but requires skill
Nice quality squeegee, I wanted to buy the best. It was my first time cleaning windows and it did a good job but you need to develop a skilful wrist. I'm still learning.

Not a brand new
I have order brand new handle and rubber but it is obvious from the picture that the handle is not brand new.The seller should be fair with the customers.

Unger selling broken products
I recently purchased a ErgoTec Ninja Squeegee 40° 35cm - Large Squeegee Blade, Aluminium Channel & Rubber Grip Handle however when I received it, it was defective so I sent it back and purchased another one and when that arrived that was also broken the green locking mechanism was not working so I sent it back. I then contacted Unger UK by email and explained the issues that I had with two defective items I received a reply from James Murphy of Unger and he basically told me tuff in is reply emai and that he couldn't do anything or even send me a complete Squeegee that was not broken. I was completely taken aback with the reply I had off Unger and being honest I thought it was disgusting
