RP46463 Cartridge Replacement Fits Monitor 17 Series (2006-Present) Shower Faucet Valve RP46073 Seat and Spring Adapter included

It was very easy to install. I fixed my leading Delta Faucet very easily with this one. It was a bit hard for me to take out the second assembled parts, so I replaced the washers from the new pack without taking out the white plastic part.It worked perfectly and no leak any more😁😁It was now very easy to turn on the faucet and temperature adjustment. It used to be very tight, now it is very easily to turn and adjust water temperature .Great product 👍

I ordered this not realizing the new trim kit I ordered would include a new cartridge and adapter assembly. I first tried the cartridge and adapter assembly from the new trim kit intending to return this cartridge and adapter assembly. However, the shower constantly dripped, no matter what I did, which included several steps to fix the drip. I started to rule out one problem at a time. I eventually got to trying the adapter assembly in this cartridge and adapter assembly package, which included the old style housing and required the small screw to secure the adapter assembly. I installed this adapter assembly, secured it with the screw from the original adapter, and the drip stopped. I know one of the images for this produce says the screw isn't required and may cause damage to the cartridge, but this adapter assembly, being more secure because of the screw, fixed the constant drip. I hope this is helpful to someone who experiences the same issue.

Bought this item to resolve an issue with my Delta 1700 Series low water pressure on both hot and cold lines and handle is hard to open.This new cartridge is identical to the original RP46463 cartridge. For half price than leading brand, it did resolve the issue with hard to open valve. I found out though during troubleshooting that the low water pressure was caused by clogged flow restrictor on the three way valve outlet going to shower line and not by the cartridge. I used compressed air to cleared out dirt out the line before installing the new cartridge. I hope this will last for many years like the old one. I will provide update if something comes up. It has been installed for about a month and a half and it has worked pretty well. It Was pretty easy to install. I actually had a more difficult time getting the old one out. The hot and cold temperature is a little more difficult to adjust as it isn't as smooth as the original. I can't get the handle in as tight as it was before, but that could just be something I did. Fora little less than half the price as the delta replacement part, it does it's job. I would buy it again

I am pleased with this product. After watching the detailed video that was included in the product posting, I decided to purchase this to replace my leaking one, that was about 10 years old. i had very little trouble installing it, after watching the video, and it has been working well for about two months now.

This cartridge started leaking slowly within a few months of installation. It also is getting progressively harder to turn the temperature control lever. I guess I need to stick to the OEM.

The part was just what is said it was and worked like a charm a little wait for the delivery but COVID when requested a delivery date and tracking number they were quick and courteous and received part a day earlier than promised definitely use them again
