The suction mount keeps falling off the windshield, which makes it almost useless. The menu is confusing and the buttons feel cheap. On top of that, the battery barely holds a charge, so it shuts off randomly if not plugged in all the time. After only a couple of weeks, it already started freezing and I had to reset it constantly. Definitely not what I expected. Save your money and look for a more reliable brand.

this dashcam has a lot going for it at a affordable price. the 4k resolution actually work as advertised where a lot of other one on the market is false advertising. the gps on the cam help with recording speed and location so it's easy to look it up when needed. one main issue that I do have with them is that the app is really clunky to use, and have some learning curves to it. as a whole, the dashcam is working pretty reliably and hope it will last for the year to come.
