Nice Compact and Powerful
I really like this device because it has plugs for different countries AND USB ports built right in. But, keep in mind it is not a converter! However, if the devices you plan to power support 100-240V, 50/60Hz you're fine and shouldn't need a converter.

AC adapter
Exactly wheat I ordered. Have no used it yet.

Successfully used during European trip.
I used the adapter during a trip to Europe. Using the Europe plug configuration and the adapter ‘s USB-C ports, successfully charging an iPhone and an external power supply but my Apple Watch didn’t indicate an ability to charge. I was able to charge the watch using the same charging cord and an external power supply so i know there wasn’t any functionality issue with the watch or the cord itself. Using the US prongs, all three devices charges well.

A Good One
Tried it with all my power cords before a big trip and worked beautifully. Does have a green power light that's bright but I plan too put a piece of tape over it. Highly recommend.

By far the best customer service in the industry
The EU slider worked three times and then jammed. It started to work again after I pushed on the lever really hard serval times. It therefore gets a cautious recommendation. When it worksIt quickly charges your devices really well. The companies customer service was proactive and excellent in resolving my problems and the rating is changed to 5 stars. One of best customer service departments in the tech industry today.Thank you very much Katelin I appreciate your prompt response and resolution of this matter.

With this adapter I did not need to take any other bricks thanks to its usb ports.

Very adaptable transformer
This transformer works great! It has the combination of adapters to fit any plug in the world and provides continuous power for charging many different devices.

It is not made well, lasting only about two weeks in use.
I purchased the device for a trip that included both the UK and mainland Europe. It performed the transformer function OK, but after use in France, I could not retract the contacts in use there so as to engage those necessary to use it in Great Britain. The button on the side floated freely and would not engage the contacts in order to retract them. With those contacts extended, the transformer cannot be used in either the UK (or in the US for that matter). I do not recommend this item for purchase...I had full use of it for less than 10 days.
