I LOVE this microwaveable neck wrap!! It is SO soft and smells amazing!! I know some reviews stated that it was too heavy but I enjoy the weight of it. Very calming and relaxing. I especially like the part that goes up the neck, feels great!!

This is amazing. I’ve tried other neck wraps, or disposable pads you stick on. They weren’t good at all.This was worth the money, it’s heavy enough that it stays in place, kind of weighted.If I had to choose a drawback then just that it takes a while in the microwave to heat up. I did it for 30 seconds at a time. I think it took about 4-5 minutes.After being in a car accident though & having neck & back pain, this is the only thing that has relieved my neck pain!

Who knew that when you get close to 40, getting a crick in your neck is as easy as simply turning a little too fast? I keep this in the freezer in a ziploc bag and it works like a charm. It smells good, like calming essential oils. I'm afraid to microwave it, so I just use my heating pad for that. It's a great size and equally filled with what feels like sand. Great quality item and I would purchase again.

If I could give this wrap 100 stars I would. WOW it is wonderful. I have very bad cervical spine issues and the nurse at Neurosurgeons office recommended getting one of the. So great cause so soft and it’s weighted perfectly but not stiff like so many are. It fits just like described. And the aromatherapy is a lovely added touch. To have a wrap that covers neck shoulders so well is such a blessing for me. I can actually lay in bed, it doesn’t slide and is not too bulky laying on a pillow. Well thank you for an awesome product that will be so helpful in addition to pain management for my cervical spine issues.

Soothing heat on a stiff neck. Takes about 3 times as long to warm it up as directions suggest. Strong scents are unnecessary IMHO, but it holds heat as well as can be expected.Suggested improvement would be bigger mass of heat-holding gel or whatever is in it, and skip the strong scents, or make them removeable.Instructions suggest only wiping small soiled areas to clean, never actually washing it...(!?) - But still I'd buy it again.

Mixed results. Not enough beads in each of the separated compartments. When seated across your neck, the beads, which have weight to them, fall to the front of your chest, rather than on your neck and shoulder area. If it was fuller it would be more effective as it would stay in place and heat the desired area.Thats a pretty big deal since it happens right out of the gate. One would expect this sort of thing after the wear and tear of use. The good part is it is extremely soft and cuddly like a Childs stuffed toy. The fragrance, not so much. It is pretty strong. Too much since it is right next to your face. I can't use it as I intended, but will keep it to take to bed, where it is comforting and I can lay flat on it. You decide if it will work for you.

Really provides relief of neck and shoulder discomfort

My dad absolutely loves this. He mostly uses it cold. And it is the softest little beanbag type feeling thing ever lol it is amazing. It stays cold for honestly longer than I figured for the material. It squeezes into the freezer, no matter what you have in there with ease. I really love this product for my dad.
