Yes can be refilled. This bottle has a foamer type pump on it and uses regular Hibiclens soap to refill.Do not fill completely full as the foamer top needs room.

Q: Can this product be used witbout water? Looking for this to be applied on my son for before and after wrestling matches.

As a medical professional, I would advise not to, as skin irritation, sometimes fairly serious, is the most common side effect of Chlorhexidine Gluconate by far. As a parent of a smelly competitive Taekwondo athlete, who traveled all over the country kicking, sweating, stinking up clothes and equipment, I would say to use it to prevent the nasty microbes that cause that disgusting odor, and may cause illness. And much safer than straight Clorox and water spray, which is what most parents would use on their kids equipment. Just watch to make sure his skin is not overly sensitive to it, and be aware it is a potent anti-microbial.
