Useless bcox the day I purchased this than only it worked but now it's not working at all extremely disappointed

Product design is very good and it work very well and heating time is also low but you can't adjust intesity of steam and it produces very harsh steam so you have to use it after turning it off and after few inhale again you have to turn it on and wait of few seconds to warm it up and again use it after turn off to use. Spark level is high that's what it is producing very heated steam. Water capacity is good enough to use use it multiple time.
