I didn't buy these for working out in - quite the opposite, in fact. I like vest type tops for sleeping in and I'm quite particular. I usually buy cotton ones but inevitably these have pronounced seams which dig into my sides (as I'm a side sleeper). They also tend to 'bell out' at the bottom as they get older and the bunching fabric makes things even worse. These 90% polyester/10% spandex t-shirts are no hotter to sleep in than cotton (IMHO) and though they have seams they are soft and don't dig in. They are also a decent length and because they are stretch they don't ride up. I bought a size up from my normal because I know Chinese sizing can be a bit of a gamble. I'm glad I did because they fit just fine. I am unable to offer an opinion as to their suitability for running and working out but I think they would be fine for that too!

I bought this to wear under my clothes as it makes me feel more confident I used to wear compression tshirts but it was very noticeable and people would always comment on it so I bought this as a way to hide it and to help me with my confidence it also is very comfortable to wear half the time I forget I’m wear it.

I need these vests for exercise, they are supportive, comfortable, great quality, I got a bigger size and they were spot on.

I ordered size M and it fits perfectly on 43" chest
