Run away!
I don't give 1 star reviews as a rule. There is usually some redeeming value to a product. But wow, not here! The only positive I can think of is that the footrest is a comfortable size. Meaning you won't feel like you have to place your feet in one specific area all of the time. But that's about it for the positives. The two biggest negatives are:1) It's cheaply made, especially for the price point. I'll be utterly shocked if it lasts a month. I would return it for this, alone. However, I need something now because of an injury I am recovering from, I'll only need it for about two weeks, and I don't have the time to keep looking for something else.2) It's poorly designed. There are several heights to choose from and a few angles. Great! Except the way it is designed, you can only use certain angles at certain heights. You want it flat? You are stuck with x height or y. You want a 30 degree angle? Only at z height. This really makes the adjustability worthless. There are other negatives like it is awkward to adjust, the foot roller things are just a dumb idea, and its extremely uncomfortable with bare feet (so what's the point of the rollers?) and more...

Great product
I love this product. It’s the first one I have actually purchased and I really like the adjustability. The materials are a little weak but for the price, nothing that would cause it to break unreasonably. I do wish there were a little bit more adjustment options, since the settings and drastically vary between 1 adjustment. Would also like the slopped setting to be a little bit more gradual that steep, to use for a recliner option instead of just a foot stop/rest. Overall, would still highly recommend

STRENGTH
Stronger than described. Has nice range for almost any placement. You will be hard pressed to break this. Your laptop will stay stationary no matter how hard you tickle your keyboard! One of my only 5 star reviews.

Got about 6 months out of it
No complaints about the footrest other than it randomly broke right around the 6 month mark. like snapped cracked broke when I rested my feet on it. Up until then it was great for the price point. I like the rollers and it adjusted just fine. Although I rarely found a reason to adjust it. I’ve always been very happy with MountIt and will even drop the few extra couple bucks for them over a similar brand. Still like them but I’m getting uneasy as my monitor mount is approaching it’s 6 month mark.

Doesn't Do What it Appears to Want to Do.
It looks really great in the images showing height and angle adjustments. That was why my wife wanted it. But you need to realize that..IT DOES NOT HAVE A USEFUL AND CONCURRENT RANGE HEIGHT AND ANGLE ADJUSTMENTSWell it sort of does, but not to an extent that has much value. The multiple angles shown in the images only really work when the footrest is at its lowest height. When raised to the first height position and beyond, the angles available are basically 'just a little,' and all the rest are parallel to the floor like a step stool. If you are looking for one that allows easy angle adjustments in increments while you are working, look elsewhere. While this has three angle adjustments (but only when the Mount-It is at its first raised height or at its lowest height), you just about have to get under the desk to change it.Yes it is sturdy. And yes it is stable, but it is only comfortable and useful IF you what a footrest that will be used at one height or one angle and can be fortunate enough to find it on this footrest and leave it there. But sitting in one position for any length of time is difficult for most people. We tried for about half an hour and I could not find a placement and angle that worked for her.Additionally, be aware that the top of this foot rest is hard plastic, so if you work with socks on or in smooth-sole shoes it might cause tension in your legs to keep your feet in place, solving one problem and causing another. We are forced to return it and look at other options. I gave the Stability five stars since it really does feel stable. But I find the images misleading and the instructions were, for the most part, a waste of paper.

Adjustable foot rest is tall
Many of the footrests for computer desks are shorter for a normal office chair, but I was looking for a taller foot rest for a reception desk with a tall chair. Similar to a drafting chair or bar stool. This foot rest has several adjustments for height and foot angle, meeting the needs of the receptionist. The foot rest is lighter than I expected, which makes it easily portable and easy to adjust. It is also strong so the receptionist can use it it maneuver in the chair without having to get up and re-position. Massaging beads are just plastic rollers on some steel bars, over a small area. In my opinion they are not of much use. I would rather have a friction pad, rather than something slippery on the foot portion. Such as a textured rubber, covering the entire foot rest area for stability. Still I'm pleased with the product, it functions as described, instructions were clear with good graphics, was easy to adjust, and the cost was much less than several options I considered.

Way better than I even hoped it would be.
I feel like I had to say something about this. I'm at my computer all the time for working, gaming, etc. I have a nice comfy computer chair, but I always want to lean back some and put my feet or legs up on something. This thing, first off, is super sturdy and is nice thick durable plastic and metal parts. I'm a bigger guy and weigh in at 200 lbs and I can comfortably lean back in my chair and push back on the rest with my feet and nothing moves or buckles. Even having it fully extended and flat on the top is a perfect little mobile ottoman that has the perfect height for a computer chair. This has tons of different angles and heights you can set it at and it also folds flat and has a carry handle.I'm probably going to order another just because these are so awesome. The ONLY thing I would recommend is maybe having an additional model which is the same, but wider, at a higher price. I would definitely buy that one.
