I really like this treadmill. It has a powerful motor and the fit and finish is first rate. I assembled it alone, although having a helping hand would be good. It doesn't take up too much room but is still adequate for my 6ft, 300lb. frame. The incline setting is manual, but very easy and let me tell you, 5% incline is PLENTY for most of us! The digital display is intuitive and easy to read. And I can say that customer service is very, very good. I highly recommend this machine and I would buy it again, no problem.

This little walking pad is sturdy, quiet and easy to move around. I would definitely recommend this to friends and family. My hubby is 300 lbs and it works great. No noise or lag. Told my daughter and she purchased one as well.

Simple and easy. Seems to be built well

I am a daily walker, but with the weather being increasingly unpleasant, I wanted a treadmill to use at home. I didn’t want one with an excess of bells and whistles that I would never use. This walking pad fits the bill perfectly. It comes almost completely assembled. There is no incline to speak of, but I imagine you could raise the front end some if you wanted to with a 2x4. The pad is sturdy, and has a handle bar when using without a desk. You can adjust the speed on the handle bar, as well as view your time, distance, speed and calories on the pad below. It comes with a remote if you do use it under a desk. All in all a very solid piece of equipment, and I feel very secure using it.

I've been using this treadmill for running every day for the last 5 months and it's been excellent. The ability to connect to the Zwift running app and cast the run to a tv is phenomenal. Nice treadmill, lightweight, easy to use and has a longer running deck than most of the other comparable products on the market. (44 x 16 where many others are only 40").This week (after 5 months), we had an issue where the motor suddenly stopped working and so I had reached out to customer service and I had been expecting them to say too bad its past the 30 return window your out of luck, but was surprised and thrilled when they immediately responded and refunded 95% of the total purchase price (I have used it for 5 months after all) so glad to company stood by it's product and would recommend them

UPDATE: I'm reducing my review. I decided to keep this despite the annoying squeaks, and I eventually got used to tuning those out. However, over the past few weeks, the treadmill has stopped working consistently. We'll be walking on it and it will almost start to sputter, which has occasionally caused us to almost fall forward into the bar. Now the treadmill won't even turn on at times, so something is clearly wrong with the motor. We should have exchanged this in the beginning and now we're past the return window. A treadmill should last more than 3 months, so this is pretty disappointing.I wanted to love this treadmill, but its smaller than advertised. I can deal with that part, though. What I'm struggling with is the loud squeaking with every other step. The product will be annoying to return, but I may need to do so because the squeaks make working out almost unbearable.

I wanted a way to be able to walk on a consistent basis, regardless of the weather. I had been looking at various models and price ranges for quite some time. For what I wanted this was a good fit & a reasonable price range.What I like about it is that is starts out at the slowest speed, you can increase it as your comfort level increases. The controls are both on the handle and the remote. I like having the handle, so adjusting speed on it is my preference. However, for those that do not wish to use the handle the remote and app are alternatives. I also like how it keeps track of the distance and time spent. Calorie count is alright, but not my main focus.So far, there are only two things I think could be improved on. The first is the handle, it would be nice for it to adjust forward or back slightly. The second would be the phone holder. For a phone it is perfect and holds the phone securely. It would be nice if it adjusted wide enough to hold a tablet. Considering all, these are just minor.Overall, I am very happy with this treadmill/walking pad. I would highly recommend to anyone like me that just wants to be able to get more exercise in their lives.

I purchased this walking pad In Oct. 2024. Since purchase I have used it ,at least 5 days a week. I have to say I couldn't be happier. I owned 2 full size treadmills, that I eventually wore out. Had to pay someone to come to my home and haul them away. They were way too heavy for me to get upstairs. This walking pad does everything the treadmills did, for less than a third the cost.I had a minor (my fault) problem with a code on the console. Customer support got back with me right away and resolved my problem.If you are training for the Olympics, this probably isn't for you, but if you're looking to get your walk in, especially in the winter, this is for you.
