Product worked well and definitely a cost saving
My HP Officejet 8500 printer accepted the JustColor 940 printhead replacements. I got a successful alignment and so far the printheads are working just fine. Definitely a cost saving over the HP brand. With these older HP printers, the HP brand is so costly that it is sometimes cheaper to replace the printer. I would recommend this product for 940 printhead replacement.

They print heads don't work.
Neither cartridge worked. Don't waste your money. No way to get your money back. It's much cheaper than HZp for a reason!Ended up just buying a new printer.

The first 2-pack of HP 940 print heads contained one ...
The first 2-pack of HP 940 print heads contained one (M/C) that was faulty, but the seller sent another that worked well. I appreciate the sellers attention to my problem. I give 5 stars to the seller but deduct one star for the product because one of the two items was bad and had to be replaced. Not the seller's fault.
