I tried Morning Sickness Relief, and honestly, it was disappointing. The taste is weird, which made it difficult to take consistently. Even worse, it didn’t seem to work for me at all. These actually worked really well. I normally use one of the name brands but these worked just as well. No complaints at all.

I was looking for a ginger supplement to try to help out with any possible sea sickness on a cruise. These fit the bill! Took one every morning- don't really know if it made a difference or not- but I had no issues!

Looking at the ingredients these are just ginger supplements. I like that they're easy to swallow and the serving size is only one. I don't like that these have sunflower in it. There are better prices for ginger supplements, so I'd shop around as these are more expensive.
