Highly recommend! But can I suggest you need to be consistent when taking these and I recommend taking them before you eat in the morning only. If you take them later in the day they may cause issues with sleep. If you’re consistent taking these they work really really well. If you miss a day consider it restarting. Take it everyday at the same time. Hope that makes sense and helps. Things i noticed after a week of consistency: regular bowel movements everyday, an uptick in energy levels, I take magnesium at night and feel like with the combination I sleep a whole lot better, regularity in mood swings (I know weird), and many other things… good stuff! Highly recommend.

I’ve purchased this probiotic multiple times over the last few months, and it continues to work for me every time. I’ve tried a few other popular organic brands in the past, but they seemed to lose their effectiveness after a while.Since switching to Physician’s Choice, I no longer deal with bloating or bathroom issues—and surprisingly, I can even drink milk and other dairy products again. I've been taking this probiotic for a couple of weeks and so far I have not had any issues. I like the fact that it is no refrigeration formula.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for this one because these pills have honestly been a game changer. I’ve been taking them consistently for the past 3 weeks (always after a meal), and I can definitely feel and see a difference especially in my stomach area. I feel less bloated, and I’ve noticed I’ve lost a few inches too! At times I do feel a little nausea, but it’s nothing crazy and over the top. Overall, I’m really happy with my results so far and I truly think every girl should give these a try!

I’m submitting an updated review on this item. When I initially took it, I had terrible adverse reaction. Bloating, cramping, diarrhea! I stopped it for a few days and took another one! Seemed to have a better reaction and have been taking one every other day now to ease into them. So far, pretty good actually!! And, I commend the seller for reaching out to me and offering me a complete refund, Which is no longer necessary.Great customer service!

Before this product I could not use the descriptive word "regular". Saw your product on Amazon and it sounded like it would do the trick. Not sure about the added bonus of a few pounds coming off like others have experienced but It turned out to be a win/win for both of us due to me being able to use the word regular! Your product has helped me for sure!
