The Perricone MD Hypoallergenic Clean Correction Ultra-Smooth Shave Cream is a straightforward smooth cream to use during your shaving routine. I do not have allergies so I cannot speak to its Hypoallergenic properties, however when it comes the using this product I can say it is nice to use.The cream is exactly what it says, there is no lather when rubbing this cream in. I prefer a lather so I can easily see where I shaved but I use the cream as well.What I look for in a shaving cream is the ability to apply easily, the ability to hold on to my face and not drip or disappear in seconds and the ability to wash off easily with no oily residue. This cream checks all those boxes and is great to use.

I use this to shave the good parts and my arm pits and it makes shaving so much easier. And it leaves my skin feeling smooth :)It smells clean and applying it is super quick :)

This Perricone MD clean correction ultra-smooth shave cream feels smooth to the skin indeed. It’s hypoallergenic, unscented, and much less irritating to my skin than regular shaving cream is. Unfortunately, I have to shave every day, so by the end of the week, my skin gets very irritated, particularly on my lower neck. This cream is an absolute pleasure to shave with, it has helped greatly reduce the skin irritation on my neck.The consistency is more similar to a lotion, than it is to a regular shaving cream. It’s much more viscous than regular shaving cream, and it doesn’t lather the same either. The lather applies differently, it seems to last a bit longer, as well. I’ve found that a little goes a long way, so I use it sparingly.A very small dab rubs to lather fairly quickly, and the shave feels smooth and comfortable. My skin feels soft and hydrated afterwards, it’s much less irritated by this Perricone shave cream, than it is by my regular shaving cream. This Perricone shave cream contains ingredients such as fermented rice water, argon oil, and aloe vera, which really seem to help reduce my skin irritation.This Perricone MD shave cream is one of the best shaving creams that I’ve tried. At just over $5 an ounce, it’s more expensive than many other shaving creams, but for those of us with sensitive skin, such as myself, it’s a good value. I’ve found that shaving with this cream every other day helps greatly reduce the skin irritation on my neck. The 6 oz. bottle seems like it will last for a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend this Perricone MD shave cream, especially for those with sensitive skin, that’s prone to irritation.

Ever since another brand discontinued their men’s product line, I’ve been searching for a shaving cream/or gel that will not irritate my face. The first time I used Perricone MD shave cream, it had been three days since I last shaved. I was impressed with how effective it was. Normally after three days of not shaving, shaving is a little painful, not this time. After the fourth day of shaving every day, I did start to notice a bit of redness on my checks, in the same area other creams I tried used, but it wasn’t as bad. The scent of this shaving cream is that of the oils and fats in the ingredients, its easy to tell there are no fragrances added, even so it’s not unpleasant. I’ve experimented with the amount required for a comfortable shave and found it takes surprising little for each shave. With as little as is needed for each shave, it should last a while. Even with all its benefits, this shaving cream is a bit pricey. In summary, very effective shaving cream, and non-irritating, but expensive, overly expensive.

I received this item for free from Vine. I ordered this for my partner cuz he has issues finding shaving cream that doesn’t aggravate his skin. He was hesitant initially but I pushed him to try it. Afterwards he was very pleased with the results. He was able to get a very close shave without any irritation and it made his skin so soft. It also makes his skin look great and more youthful. Neither of us are a big fan of the scent but it’s not offensive. I’m sad to find that the price is so high but like the other reviews state, a little bit goes a long way. I will be purchasing this in the future.
