Great High quality camera with Microphone
I bought this camera to replace my old 720P. First, I'm gonna say it's worth it ! After one week of testing I think I make a good purchase. The camera itself is clear and high quality. I like you can use the remote to change the setting. So it's save headache on using software program. I am easily able to tell whether the camera is on or not from the color light indicator. The microphone also has good quality. I have a pretty decent mic. People are able to tell much different when I have meeting with them. This is a good camera if you want to have a good quality picture.

Great web cam
The Web cam was super easy to setup and is very solid. Unlike some web cam I purchased in the pass. My Mac mini auto detect it and came right up on FaceTime app and Microsoft teams. I didn't have to mess with any settings. Also I like that it comes with black out cover, so I don't have worry that it's recording me with out notice. The sound and picture and very clear and no glare from the room like. My video conference are going look and sound amazing. Highly recommend this one.

Does not work.
My ratings are a bit misleading. The quality of the camera is not in question here. When I was able to get it to work, the picture was quite good, auto focus was decent and the remote allows you to zoom in nicely.The problem is I was never able to get the camera and microphone to work at the same time. Tried on different PCs running Window 10 and the USB drivers would continuously crash. This camera was supposed to work with Zoom but it would only cause Zoom to crash when I tried using it. I tried every USB hack I could think of and at one point I was able to get both the camera and mic to work but as soon as I tried it in Zoom the USB drivers would crash and Zoom would shut down.It appears that these issues could be resolved with proper drivers but those are nowhere to be found with this product. Save your money and hours of aggravation, stay away from this one.

Inconsistant
Very sensitive. Has to be unplugged and replugged in every day to work. If you bump your desk-it will disconnect and take a moment to reconnect. Too much work for the price.

Works great!
Set the camera up in our conference room! The room is a little large for the microphone on the camera, overall it gets the job done though!
