I used Gliss, as recommended by CarPro, as a top coat on C Quartz UK 3.0. While the C Quartz UK 3.0 provided a slick finish, applying Gliss over it took slick to another level. Let's just say the Gliss was so slick that I had to have a second person to put my car cover on because it was sliding all over the place. Gliss is very easy to use and I would highly recommend it as a top coat over C Quartz UK 3.0.
