Great Little Rotary Tool
I love this rotary tool so much I bought three of them as others in the family wanted one for themselves. They work like a charm, for any lightweight work and they charge quickly. The charge seems to last a decent amount of time, when not in use though ours seem to get used a lot.One of the tools is used to trim a dog's nails and the other two are used to trim human nails. The tool is quiet and has low vibration which makes it really good for trimming pet nails as well as human nails. I highly recommend this produce.

Great price, Great Kit. Get One!
Great little cordless rotary tool and accessories. The multi-speed option is very useful and the variety of sanding drums, sanding disc, diamond burrs and cut-off wheels will be handy to have and there is a nice little storage case for them included. The shipping box is sturdy and can be used for a storage case for the grinder and bits, too. I have other tools that use the small lithium battery and they operate for very long times between charges. As for the power of the grinder it seems sufficient to spin the bits and other tools. This little grinder can go places that would be a hassle for a 120V corded grinder. It is going to be handy for my projects for sure. Cannot comment on durability or battery life since I just got it, but if it has issues I will post a followup. Great price, Great Kit. Get One!

Smaller than usual dremels, but nice
This is a very slender grinder that takes a small size sander band. I didn't realize it was like that when I bought it, BUT... It turns out I actually like it. I'm a pet groomer, andI think it handles very well, feels good in my hand, and the small circumference of the bit gets under and around smaller dogs nails very nicely. Relatively quiet. I've only had it for about 3 weeks.So I don't know how well it'll hold up. I've had the larger ones by this brand and they usually last about six months. But the dremel brand doesn't last much longer, so I just buy these now.But so far nice product. Just be aware that it's small.

Why the product isn’t working!
I bought a PRT R3 Max Phalanx and it does not work. Received it yesterday charged it for 24 hours and it will not operate or even come on. I would like a replacement and I will return the one I received on March 1st 2025.Thank you,David Hopkins
