The ‘elephant in the room’ here must be the price, which is right at the top end of similar devices. I say similar, but the truth of it is that most devices will be inferior to this. This has that premium feel that others have referred to, together with a reassuringly strong motor, hinting at a build quality that seems much above the other massage guns I have tried for my shoulder pain.The gun has a wide range of power settings, including one that operates like a wave. With the settings being varied, you can use this massage gun to promote circulation and help repair muscle, as well as simply to help keep you relaxed and tension free - there are plenty of different massage heads supplied from which to choose.In use it’s very quiet, but powerful, again adding to that premium feel.As others have said, a high-quality case is included, for easy transportation.This is one of those products that costs a little more, but for that you get something well-made, comprehensively equipped and that will last.And to me, that’s what makes a good product good value.Highly recommended.

The media could not be loaded.  Honestly love it, I was a bit skeptical at first however after it beat away (only way to describe it) a muscle issue I was dealing with I cannot recommend it enough.You need to do a bit of looking through the manual to understand how to use the various different head however anyway you use it will help .It is quality you feel it through its weight and it is powerfull, I only used it at the first 2 settings ..and it is more than sufficient, just make sure you use it on muscles not on bone or soft tissue.I like the little case it comes with, I still do bot fully comprehend how is this working with the app...it might be a different product maybe??..regardless it is really good and easily replaces a full massage if done right .

I personally don't like this much, I understand the purpose is to help get rid of knots and release tension. For me personally, I find it quite uncomfortable however I've used on my partner and he really likes it. There's a good variation in settings and attachments that come with it and it's all presented very nicely in a case. It's easy to understand and use. Isn't too heavy and seems to be of good quality. I don't personally understand the price point, I feel it's a little overpriced. But overall, I believe it's a great massager for the right person with the right issues suitable for this product.

This is a great little massage gun set. It’s easy to use and seems to have good power to get into all the nooks on your body. It has some different sized heads to get into all the muscle groups in your body. It’s great for relaxing and stretching your muscles if you have some pain, it’s also good for after a workout to relive some tension.Overall the battery life is good and it comes in a nice case to carry all the bits in. Overall I can recommend this if you are after something like it.

Lovely sturdy box with information about the product, inside the product comes in a special carry on case.The case is small but resistant, all covered in fabric with a good comfortable handle to grab the case. The zipper is big and easy to use.The massage gun is a bit heavy but has a good grip. You can easily exchange the tips for the different functions you want. Definitely has a good strength and you feel it's effect on your muscles.Really interesting to use and try the different tips on the different surfaces of the body. Easy to use on your own body without the need of another person which is super helpful. Also easy to clean.

Flow are a UK company, with the ethical view to reduce the use/need for medication, when in many cases, muscle therapy can help solve the problem. With this in mind, you are buying not just a muscle gun, but a solution including what amounts to a personal trainer.This is provided by a large selection of videos, accessed for free with the Flow app. This allows you to choose your gun (see below) and then whether you are exercising (pre workout, relieving pain, or recovering (winding down) your muscles. This then presents you with a selection of muscle groups by location, which finally takes you to a routine. This will be a series of short video clips, showing you how to use the gun effectively in that area. A timer will count down to ensure nothing is worked on too long.The gun itself has a three hour battery, which takes about the same time to fully charge. It looks very sleek and the neon LEDs provide a premium feel (think Dyson). The gun weights just less than a bag of sugar (0.8kg) and is transported in a handy case, which houses all of the attachments securing in separate nooks. Charging is via USB-C.The gun can apply significant pressure. I've been almost exclusively using it for aiding the recovery of an injury, and in those modes, it largely remains on low power, delivering less vibrations in to the muscle tissue. If you need more power, this can certainly deliver it.The range of attachments is less than some of the competitors, though all the standard ones are included. It does include (what feels like) a swanky metal flat headed one. These are enough for the task at hand. The nozzle is industry standard, so other attachments can be used.There is only one disappointment with this model. The Flow is not yet one of the choices of model in the app, so currently I am using workouts that might be designed for different power, though I imagine the differences would be subtle - though not if the attachment is different of course.

The carry case is perfect for travel and storage. I like how each flow head has an area to secure it safely and it doesn’t all just get thrown back in the case. The gun lights up to show you what pressure setting it is on and you get 5 different flow heads that are really easy to swap over as and when needed. The batteries are included and you can then charge the massage gun, it is also really really quiet. Overall it’s a great bit of kit and we would highly recommend
