Great value and super fast laptop. Refurbished really well
Excellent product. Arrived in great condition and super fast and free upgrade to windows 11 pro. Computer can handle smoothly. Excellent battery life

Bad quality with defect
Bad quality, I am trying to return it but Amazon closed the window of return. After one month of use, the laptop battery is totally dead. I have to connect with power all the time to use the laptop. Also I have noticed this weekend that the camera also not working.

Just fine at this range, battery is not lasting more than 2 hours with full charge.

⭐ 3.5/5 – Good condition overall, but disappointed with battery and charger issues
I recently purchased a laptop from this Amazon store. Overall, the condition of the device was impressive. the screen is clean and scratch-free, performance is smooth, and cosmetically the laptop looks almost new.However, there are a few concerns:The battery health is quite poor, which affects usage without constant charging.The charger that came with the laptop was not fully compatible while the charger itself works, the connector is a 3-pin type, whereas the hub I have is 2-pin. The fuse and connector part seemed loosely fitted.The listing mentioned a backlit keyboard, but only the Escape key lights up the rest of the keyboard has no backlight.On the back side of the laptop, there is a light scratch or scuff mark, as if someone had scraped it with a fingernail. Not major, but worth noting.Despite these issues, I am mostly satisfied because the laptop's condition and performance are excellent. I just wish the battery, and charger had matched the rest of the quality these two areas were disappointing.
