Don't waste your time.
Bought the 2 pack. Both didn't work. One had Bluetooth connectivity issues and the other wouldn't communicate with the OBD2 s.I've had many of this style scanner throughout the years. It isn't user error. I also tried u connecting different phones, apps, and vehicles. Both are just duds.

Easy to use BT OBDII reader
This is my second one. This is a great diagnostic tool. Not only can you live view your engine stats, but you can look up error codes and clear them. Pro version of the app of course offers more, but the basic will give you exactly what you need to start being "one with your car" Stop wasting money going to have a "Check Engine" light diagnosed. Get this and do it your self. You wont regret it. Works on all cars that have a OBD port and use OBD-II **most cars from 1996 to current, though it WILL NOT DIAGNOSE or work with cars who use OBD-I.** (My car is a 94 chevy caprice and will not work.) You can keep it plugged into the port even when you aren't accessing the app/data, and if you dont want it there...toss it in the glove box.

Good
I like it. It works good. My check engine light came on on my car for the gas cap and I freaked out and forgot that I had this in my car so when I used it, I was relieved to find out it was just a gas cap and because I didn’t really gas cap on when I got gas so it was my fault If you have an aftermarket android head unit it connects to the app on there as well not just your phone

Doesn't like my Subaru, works in 08 Toyota
First, it connects quickly to bluetooth once you figure out the PIN which wasn't provided. (most ELM's are the same PIN). It connected to my 2022 Subaru WRX once, read data for about 3 seconds and failed. It however does work with my much less complex 2008 Toyota Yaris, albeit sketchy at best.Figured I'd give it a shot. It's a really poor unit and drops connectivity a lot during use. As I said before, refuses to stay connected and communicate with the ECU of my Subaru. It WILL stay connected to the Yaris, albeit data is incredibly slow to update. Will be returning. I've had a ton of these cheap readers and aside from DOA models, this is the worst one I've ever received.

Does not work on iPhone
I gave three stars cause it came on time and quickly. I’m sure the device works on android well but does not work on my iPhone 13.
