Very comfortable, the one piece memory foam does not shift like the small pieces do. Not too firm, not too soft.

Been using this pillow for a few months now and I sleep great. Was having trouble sleeping before but this pillow hugs your head and shapes around it perfectly so there's no pain

I have been looking for a good pillow for about a year now. I've been using this pillow for about three weeks. Within the first few days I noticed less tightness and pain in my neck and shoulders when I woke up. The pillow is cushy but doesn't go flat as you sleep. I mostly sleep on my side or stomach but do sleep on my back occasionally. I found this pillow to be supportive no matter how I sleep. I would like it be a tad thicker, but I also think any thicker wouldn't work for back sleeping. I'm finally calling my pillow search complete!NOTE: To inflate it, I had to take the foam out of the casing. Which is fine as they both have a plasticky smell at first and this let's them air out. It took a several hours to fully inflate.

I've been looking for a really good firm pillow and base on some reviews though this pillow was it. It is very soft to touch, not firm to my liking, once I lay my head on it went completely soft😏 not my kinds of support. It is very cool though wish it was firm enough to keep. For the price if you like soft pillows then highly recommend it. I do warm you it has a very strong plastic odor after opening but after a few days you can't even smell it.
