It has this sort of betroot-y taste to it which I don't mind. I was looking for a caffeine free preworkout mix when I came across this. It helps me with sore muscles and I usually take it 30mins-1hour before working out. Overall a good preworkout drink 👍

I wanted to try plant based Pre workout.Although I have tried Plant based protein of different brand which was very ineffective.Pros:Plant based ✅Cons:Ineffective ❌No energy during workout❌Mere beetroot and coconut water is not enough for energy during workout.Hence proved .Waste of money.💯Empty Promises.💯I am switching back to whey protein and amino based Pre work out.

I have been using the product for a long time. Although I feel you can make the taste better, but the ingredients make me feel assured that I am consuming a safe product that won't harm my body even a bit.

I've become a big fan of Cosmix thanks to their clean vegan protein powder. However, this product of theirs didn't really meet my expectations.I've consumed this on an empty stomach before my work out twice so far and this was my experience:1. It tastes and smells really gross, especially if you're having it first thing in the morning. It's lumpy and grainy, and although the mint does try to reduce the pungent flavour, it doesn't help much.2. Within 30 mins of drinking this, I found my entire body overheating. I had completed my warm up session and moved on to weight training when suddently I started to sweat profusely and almost passed out. I felt like I was standing in a desert and was desperate to remove my gym wear as I couldn't breathe. My trainer quickly moved me in front of an AC to cool down. After almost 20 mins I managed to resume my work out. This happened on both occasions.Safe to say that this really didn't suit my body or meet my expectations. Not sure if I'm allergic to any of the ingredients, but probably not going to order this again.

This has been a staple, have been great with digestive issues, has helped highly for my health, skin and hair especially. It’s easy to digest and the taste is also great. The preworkout has been a good kickstarter for my workouts as well, plus is the fact that it has no caffeine.

OMG! This thing was fantastic. I regularly exercise and was looking for a Preworkout supplement. I take it 30 minutes before my workout and it provides me with consistent energy throughout. There is no muscle soreness or fatigue. The best part is that there is no caffeine in the mix.Now I can't live without it.

Honestly it does not make any difference.
