Q: I've just had this delivered and i am not sure this is what i wanted. will this chop onions? are the company good for using the money back guarantee?

I've found this to be brilliant, it slices and juliennes not chops, the clue is really in the title. You can return it as a change of mind return if you have had it less than 30 days and unused. You really need a food processor if you want to chop not slice or you could slice then use a knife to chop the slices easily into the size you want

Q: It says there are safety gloves included?

If there isn't, then it's misinformation/false advertising considering the product page states: "We have also included cut proof gloves to further improve the safety of this product."

There's no recipe book. You just slice according to what you want e.g: say, for Pommes Dauphinoise set 3mm for thin potato slices, turn the control to get thin strips for 'Juliennes' of (say) carrots or celeriac. It's very easy to use and so easy to adjust to the thickness you want.

Q: how do i get the instruction manual?

Instructions are contained on the box and on a leaflet enclosed in the box. The best advice s to keep fingers well clear of the blades at all times!
