Great value for money
Beautiful kitchen tool excellent quality. Very sharp and easy to use. Very functional and definitely time saving. Easy to clean but if hand washing be watchful of the blade.

Good, but not great-er
Slicing veg, utterly brilliant.For me, the issue came when I wanted to small dice the large onions. Using the fine Julien blade and about 6mm blade depth. I find that the onions, which were very fresh, seemed to drag, maybe I was asking too much from it.Cleaning was okay, maybe I need to read the instructions, but it looks like I need to unscrew a screw to withdraw the whole blade unit, but was still able to wash it through without removing it.It looks more professional, but not quite for me.

Missing parts sadly
It does look like a solid, quality item, and was fast delivery... however the hand guard plastic protector is missing and it seems like the only available option is to return to Amazon (however I really need it, so )

Super sharp and easy
The item is well packaged and arrived when stated. I have been after one for a while and now wonder how I ever managed without it. The different settings are easy to adjust, clean and are ideal for whatever you are preparing. The gloves are useful and necessary as the blades are extremely sharp.

Top board seesaws around during use... ended up chopping a neat notch out if one finger. Look at other products.
