They are not firm. They claimed medium firm but when we put our heads on them they sunk down into the pillow and the pillow wrapped around our faces. We returned them immediately. Very disappointed.

Q: Has anyone had these for a couple months and do they go flat with time like lets say pillows from walmart?

2nd response. For those that are unhappy with fluffiness I am wondering if you followed the instructions to either put outside in the sunshine OR put in the clothes dryer PRIOR to using? I put mine in the dryer and they are like new two years later with daily use. They are the best pillows I have ever owned. I also accordion fluff them automatically every day when making the bed. I am a back sleeper if that makes a difference to anyone. I can't speak to other defects mentioned, perhaps they are being manufactured differently with supplies hard to get now? Or they had a bad batch. Don't know. I purchased some Walmart pillows for my spare bedroom and donated them after guests used them for only 3 days. They flattened, would not fluff up and I thought they were awful.

I bought the medium firm pillows. they are not what I would call firm. They work for me as I use two pillows on top of each other, this one and one with micro beads. I hope this helps.

Extremely comfortable!!

These are so comfy and even when they go flatter you can poof them back up! They grey border makes them more sturdy too. I'm definitely ordering some more!

Not good at all.

Literally the worst pillow and expensive.When you lie on it, it gets so flat that it feels like a piece of paper.Unfortunately I can't return it as I slept on it a couple of nights. SO frustrating as it it's expensive and I'll have to spend more money on a different pillow
