I have 4 birds (one being an African Grey, they produce a lot of dander), 2 dogs & 2 cats. We keep it in our living room where the majority of our pets hang out. This thing is absolutely AMAZING! I would even go as far to say it's been an absolute life changer! I've had it since March 2025, the filter it came with is still in it. I've been cleaning it as instructed so it prolongs the life of the filter. I bought back up filters & the app tells me when it needs replaced, the current one in it is only at 43%. The app tells you how good your air quality is (I love that). I set it to automatic so it senses when it needs to run on a higher power. The app also tells you when it changes speeds as well based off air quality. Our allergies have greatly improved since buying this product, and so has the pet dander. On a scale of 1-10 I would say it's definitely a 10. I would recommend this product to anyone who might be suffering from some allergies or just want to eliminate the pet dander. If your trying to decide on buying this product or not, don't think twice!! Just Do it! 😁

WOW! One of the important features for me is that it's Energy Star Certified as most of Levoit Air Purifiers are and when unbacked and setup, I noticed it's quality and sturdy built product. I came to appreciate the design and look of this model and enjoy I can control it with Alexa once connecting to the VeSync App. Though I've only had it a few days, I have noticed the house smells fresh and after cooking, it takes under 1 hr. to filter the cooking smells. Awesome! I tested all the different fan speeds and found the highest speed sounded like white noise, actually not too loud. That said, because of the Energy Star certification, I keep it on Auto and the display lights off and noticed it's so quiet, that I occasionally wave my hand over it to feel it's working. ;-) I'm extremely satisfied and happy with the Levoit Vital 200S-P Smart Air Purifier so much that I purchased a Levoit Core 300-P Air Purifier for the master bedroom which is super quiet. I highly recommend you try this brand of air purifier; you will not be disappointed.

Filter seems to last a long time. I like have a fan running at night just for the white noise. Seemed logical to use an air purifier instead to get the benefit of cleaner air.I really like the size and appearance of the purifier as it as a nice small footprint and sits flush to the wall. It also has pretty good scheduling features in the app that allows us set it to full speed at night for the white noise, but then turn it to automatic during the day to only run when needed. On low, the unit is very quiet, and we set it to 3 out of 4 at night time which is equivalent of our previous fan at full speed.My only complaint so far is that if the power goes out, it doesn't resume the previous setting. When you're using it for the noise at night, it's annoying that you have to go turn it back on, but that seems to be the case with all fans recently.

Compared to similarly priced Air Purifier on Amazon:I started my air purifier journey by purchasing the Blueair Blue Pure 411i Max from Amazon, which ran me $159.99, the same price as this device. I was immensely unsatisfied with that product as it seemed to merely blow around and circulate the dust/smells/particulates rather than actually absorbing them. Upon some research I discovered that although Blue Air says “HEPA filter” in their title, the device does not really have a HEPA certified filter or process. Subsequently I returned it to Amazon immediately.Why I chose this product:As for this product, the Levoit 200S, it was recommended as the best small to medium room air purifier by the website House Fresh, a site dedicated purely to reviewing and ranking air purifiers. It was listed as best overall, with a CADR of around 260 and about 15-20 min to clean a medium sized room’s air fully.What I was looking for and how it performed specifically for that purpose:As I said, I had performance issues with the Blueair model I have previously so I was hoping this new product would do the job. I use it in a relatively small room, 7 x 12 ft (84sqft), in which my kitten spends most of her time and keeps her litter box/cat tree in (so pet hair/dander & litter dust were factors), and also I live in a busy part of a large city and share an apartment with people my age who occasionally vape and smoke which was also a concern. I wanted my kitten to have clean fresh air and for me to not have litter dust on all surfaces.What I can say is that this product is 100% noticeably superior to what I had before. Not only does it have more fan settings but you can feel it drawing it the air and with a window cracked it feels like fresh outdoor air in my city apartment. It seems to neutralize smoke odor within about 15 minutes and cat litter box odor in about 25. My only complaint is that it seems to collect a lot of dust specifically in the top display area (photo provided). It is also square and decently sized compared to my blue air filter, which was round so it’s hard harder to find a place to put it where it fits well, especially on the counter or dresser.Since I got it, I realized combining it with a window fan that either blows air from outside in or out it is a winning combination which cools my room and cleans the air to make it feel fresh and crisp. Overall I definitely recommend this products
