Great value for money
Very easy to install, superb quality and accessibility is so simple using the app.

Terrible Cheap Quality Product with even worst Customer Service and Technical support team.
We bought this product not knowing it did not come with a Hard Drive and so was pretty much useless as it was. I mean who would need a surveillance system where you cannot record? You do have an option to add a HDD yourself but there is no documentation on what HDDs are compatible either with the product or on Annke support.After reading good reviews with other surveillance systems we bought a Western Digital (WDC WD10JUCT-63C) 2.5" hard drive but unfortunately this was not compatible with this Annke NVR system. Over this whole period from initial receipt of the Annke system to writing this review we have been in contact with the Annke Technical Support and Customer Service teams to try and get any documentation or assistance on what HDDs are compatible or tested by them for this system and they simply cannot tell me. Surprisingly they are happy and even keen to sell me one but they won’t tell me the model and make it is. Very suspicious behaviour in my opinion. My advice to anyone looking at this review, stay clear of this product but probably the company too.Anyone out there can tell me what HDD they have installed in their system and is compatible with this NVR? Still no luck from Annke support.

This is absolute rubbish, although the the cameras my have wireless internet they do require mains electricity
