We are based on an organic farm on the glorious Sussex coast and not to put too fine a point on it - our biltong is considered the best in Europe! The beef We only source our beef from the highest quality, 100% British & Irish closed-herd farms. Our cows are able to graze on fresh and delicious grass, having a proper life. We marinade the beef in the finest herbs and spices, before hanging it to dry for 4-5 days, depending on how you like it. It’s like beef jerky, only better! These are the shavings left over from when we cut the biltong and they're the original South African confetti. Oh no it's horrible.
This is just vile. The texture, the flavour.3 of us in the house have tried a few mouthfuls throughout the day and it tasted worse the more we had ( i thought that we'd get used to the taste)Won't be getting again. Even the thought of trying it again is making me feel nauseous. And we love jerky . ( wasn't expecting it to be the same but also not expecting it to be so unpalatable) bleurgh.

Try something else instead
I bought this because I was on a low carb diet and I thought teriyaki flavour would give a bit of sweetness to my low carb diet. Cant say it tasted like any teriyaki I've ever tried before. Rather than the sweetness I expected it was a little spicy, which I'm fine with but more than anything it was horrendously garlicky. So much garlic that it overrides any other flavour, to the point I was thankful for the chillie aftertaste because it overrides the garlic. At least for a short time. It's not inedible but definitely the worst biltong amazon has to offer.

These are nice but after having the real thing you can always taste the difference but these are as close to it as i can get.

Best Biltong
I've tried biltong from multiple different places, even the South African shop around the corner from mine. This Biltong has been the best I've tasted flavour-wise, chewyness and texture. Unfortunately I opened the pack and me and my partner ate the pack in one day, so we've just bought another! Haha. Great stuff.

Disgusting
The taste of it is almost as bad as the smell of it! Truly disgusting, had 2 pieces and then threw the rest of the pack away, won’t be buying this again.
