Very thin (nothing like the other 10.5 tog we have at home), looks flimsy and lumpy, arrived in an unbranded open plastic bag, not sealed and without any labels on the duvet (not even cleaning instructions or material), overall feels and looks extremely poor quality, nothing like the product pictured on Amazon. Cost £2.79 to return.
