Decent lava lamp
Good quality lamp. When it arrived the bulb was smashed but I had a spare in the cupboard that was the correct size anyway. It’s nice and relaxing to look at!

Love it!
I bought this because I’ve wanted a lava lamp since I was a kid. It takes a few hours to heat up and start lava-ing but once it does it’s gorgeous, I really like it!

Cloudy
Edit: it appears to be clearing up with some cycling on and off, so I am pleased. Hope it clears completely and lasts a long time.Looks etremely cloudy right out if the box. I bought this for myself, I wouldn't be happy if I had given it as a gift. It flows well with the new microwave bulb. I will ammended my star rating if it clears up after a week of cycling on and off, a few hours at a time, let it cool, start again. Just a faff that really shouldn't be nessisary with brand new lamp - but I'm not holding my breath as these 'Lava brand' lamps have plummeted in quality over the last 20 years. Light has a soothing glow and I really do hope it clears up because I love the colour. The new bulbs are safer, and cheaper to replace. That's great!I have very mixed feelings about this lamp as you can see. I just don't want people to be off buying these beautiful relics off the past. Lava lamps must not die!

no good
Bulb was broken and would not fit in anywhere, so never seen it working, i did order more bulbs thinking there was something broken off the one that came with the lamp but still couldn't get the new ones to fit in anywhere. lamp itself looked terribly cloudy, sent it back for refund. I know this has been used before i got it but you would think they would have checked it before dispatched..

Beyond my expectation. !!!
The media could not be loaded. I simply love the way that the bright red lava floats, however it’s much more bright and dark red than in the video.I am very happy and in love with it.

bulb blew
got it as a gift and it works fine, only issue is the bulb burst within a few minutes of it being plugged in, can be replaced but is still disappointing regardless.
