I wanted to give an update to my 2 star review. I did receive the product with 1 defective bracket for the drawer.My husband was able to engineer the bracket to work.The seller did contact me to replace the bracket, however it was not necessary since my husband already fixed it. The seller did offer to refund me for the inconvenience which I appreciate.I am changing my review to 5 star because now that the bracket is fixed, the cabinet works well. It is very sturdy, and easy to assemble for myselfIf you read instructions throughly. I used this cabinet at work and decided to buy it for my home. I know this is a cabinet that will last me many years without needed to be replaced.

This is the most ludicrous piece of cr@p product I've ever witnessed. It's not difficult to put together just tedious. However, once you're done expect to have to bend the rails to get things to align. It will also clang like church bells every time you attempt to open a drawer. Also, don't for a second think that you'll be able to get into the cabinet once it's together because the lock mechanism is entirely faulty. It will refuse to unlock, you have to lay the whole cabinet down on its BACK, laying it on its side won't work. Then you have to reach under the cabinet and pull the bar to reset the lock mechanism. This will happen OVER AND OVER AND OVER AGAIN. Can you secure this bar you ask? No, no you can't because that would make the smallest bit of sense if you could. Not practical when the entire 4 drawers are filled with files. On the last page of the instructions you can find laughable troubleshooting tips that read like a choose your own adventure story. It recommends that you "destroy the bottom drawer to get into the cabinet" if the lock fails. Absolutely abysmal. Please DO NOT waste your money on this.

Not as sturdy as I had expected for the price.

The file cabinet looks like the photo and is a nice design. My paid a neighbor to out it together for me. He does carpentry work, and he had a difficult time putting the file cabinet together. None of the draws lock or unlock at the same time, nor do they close flush with the frame. I reached out to the vendor through Amazon. In their defense, they did respond and sent a video, but I still did not understand what the issue is with the drawers. My son has thrown the box out that it came in, and I'm not paying my neighbor to come back and disassemble it to send back. I recommend not purchasing this file cabinet.

Just finished assembling the black three drawer cabinet with wheels. Directions were great though there are a lot of parts to assemble. The entire piece is metal and is surprisingly good quality. It feels very solid and has a lot of thought put into it including locking wheels, a nice screw driver for assembly and rubber stoppers to prevent the drawers from slamming shut. Over all I’m pleasantly surprised and thrilled with the quality!

Difficult to put together with the tools they provide. The metal came bent in shipping, and the aluminum lock sliders were also bent due to not being taped in place. I would not use any power tools to tighten the screws as you could strip it. I would also recommend having a chisel or thin knife to be able to start the tab bending. It does have the nice feature that when one drawer is open the other cant open so it shouldn't tip forward as long as weight is distributed. It is kind of flimsy construction. If you want something solid fork out the extra $100 to buy one tack welded. Or just buy tack welded used online. Over All I would give this product 3.5/5, Dealing with the company/responsiveness I would give them 5/5.
