Q: Do remotes come with different buttons for the quick access buttons? Some reviews have Disney plus but one I bought has directv button instead

I bought one in December and it had Disney plus but it started malfunctioning shortly afterwards (fast forwarding or rewinding randomly by itself even when the remote was sitting on the coffee table not being touched. I chatted with Amazon customer service who tried to troubleshoot only to tell me to just return it and to get another one. The new one arrived -- Direct TV button. This was returned and another new one ordered -- Direct TV button. Then Amazon customer service told me to get a cheap knockoff as they could not tell me how to get the one with Disney plus button. Rather disappointed with the whole experience.

Mine has Prime Videos, Netflix, Disney+, and Hulu. There are also 2 preset buttons "1" and "2" as well as a Settings shortcut to enable casting and jump to the settings menu.

No all Firetv and cubes only support 1 Bluetooth headphone connection at this time, don't matter what version Bluetooth, only one supported at this time. You can connect multiple Bluetooth devices like a mouse and keyboard, but only 1 headset or speaker can be connected at a time. A the person saying the Bluetooth remote connects with headset, is giving misinformation, nothing connects to the remote all Bluetooth devices connect to the fire stick itself, the Bluetooth button is only a shortcut it's not connecting the headset to the remote.
