It’s very nice @ I am setisfied

After searching a lot of options I decided to try this chair and it serves the purpose.It's comfy and the backrest does the job.The height adjust correctly sets to the table height where u can have ur desktop or laptop similar to the way it's in offices.Also the seat cushion is not too soft nor too hard.The only con is that though the backrest tilts but we cannot fix it at our required tilt position .We can either keep it fixed or allow it to tilt .About durability ,it has just been few weeks since I bought this so hoping it lasts long ..

Color: BlackI was very skeptical till I received this chair. I was fully depending on the reviews and it paid off.The chair quality is really good. It has a steel bottom which is strong and durable.I would recommend steel, because, plastic may break when you lean over to back.Arms cannot be adjusted and there are no breaks for the wheels. These are two drawbacks.But for the price, this is the best quality, you can get.Packaging was nice, and assembly was really easy as well.

First of all' it was definitely not easy to build it as shown in the video and the product which i got had a different back.....you won't be able to return the product if you want after finding a defect because it took a lot of time and energy to build it but yeah it is comfortable....i wish its wheel had a stopper but still if you want to try your luck you an order it.

I am so frustrated right now, I would just write it in steps.1. I ordered this chair (20 June 2018) and I got a defective piece.2. I requested return, they didn't do anything about it.3. There was no proper response from their side, so I filed amazon claim.4. Still there was no resolution from their side, but amazon initiated the refund.5. I got refund, there was no communication about return whats so ever. And I forgot about it.5. Now after nearly 3 months (17 September 2018) I received a call call from them, and they want the chair back.6. I am in other city and I don't have time or energy to do anything about it, so I told them that I am not there so I can't return the chair. (And I don't wanna put any efforts from my side after the experience I had with them and it's been too long)7. Now their employee tells me that according to law, I have their property and law doesn't understand if they didn't take if for three months. So either I return the chair or transfer them the money or ...... Using polite words he seemed to suggest a legal action. There were phrases like "If our team takes legal action they'll know about law after three months.." (Of course he was not threatening me as he said... he was just telling me about how the law works and how I am keeping them their property and legally I can't )I didn't know that a company can act like this with customers. I seriously had no idea. I don't know what those kind of things do to the brand image. Lets just say that's cool from their point of view. He told me that that was not threatening, and I don't know what to call that. Whatever that is, How can you do that to your customers.Although I have faith in amazon as they most customer centric company on earth and they do have something called buyer's protection. I don't care much. But their call has just ruined my mood.(For you Guys)And yeah I personally made a mistake to pay 4400 for HOF brand (Horrible customer experience; I got a defective product; about warranty, I didn't get any response so I would say it would be very hard to claim..), I believe quality is same as that similar local chair costing around 2500.

I purchased it recently afterbusing it for around 20 days, here is my review-It's easy to assemble. Simple follow the instructions, however it's a two person's taskIt's quite sturdy and firm. Hence if someone is looking for a decent sturdy chair, this one is very good.The minimum height of the chair could have been slightly shorter but it's fine.

Very good and comfortable for computer working.Only thing I can point out is that its seat is slightly slanting towards back side. It will be better if you can make it totally parallel to the.ground.I am changing my review now. I have recd the replacement supply for the broken part. Thanks to the company, their behaviour is very polite. I am impressed with them.
