Nope not spending a lifetime deciphering these instructions
The instructions for this are ridiculously bad. Multiple sized screws and very few are labeled on instructions so it’s a complete guessing game. The instructions don’t accurately display how to put pieces together. Returning!

Needs Adult Supervision
Very well made. I bought several for my 3rd and 4th grrade Gifted and Talented class. They love putting this together. However it will need adult supervision because the pictures can be somewhat confusing. I have them working in groups of three. It is not a quick project. I love the fact that it is metal.

Easily bendable metal, hard to follow pictorial instructions, gazillions of screws
I'm in the middle of assembling this model with my 8 year old grand son as I type this review. There are over 300 parts to this model, which is fine but the vast majority of those parts are nuts and screws. There is built-in slack in many of the screw holes and while that makes it easier to line things up to get a screw inserted, it also means that you can't really tighten anything ...maybe ever? I don't know what sort of access to some of these screws we're going to have when it's all put together. There are 5 or 6 different lengths of screws in the package and thankfully only one size of nut. HOWEVER, the package of each screw is not marked in any way as to which screw it is. They printed a metric ruler on the box and marked the screw size of each screw...but the package designer shrunk the image to fit the box and that shrunk the ruler as well. No screws match the graphic. If you get this model, use your own metric ruler ...the R10 screw is 10mm long, the R20 screw is (you guessed it) 20 mm long ....but only if you use your own ruler.Given our experience with this model thus far, I'm not likely to purchase another.

My 8yr old Son love this.

Terribly difficult to assemble even for an adult.
Would be nearly impossible for my otherwise exceptionally good 8yr old builder.I will never buy another kit like this.
