Very Good Quality
In a world of junk cooking utensils these are nice. Pretty heavy gauge metal. Will they bend? Yes, but not easily. I'm replacing my mother's old Ecko "Flint" utensils that she purchased in either the late 50's or very early 60's. Yes, they are slightly beefier, show no signs of wear, but look a bit dated. These are as sturdy as any I could find, have a clean look and are comfortable in the hand. One gentleman wrote he was disappointed the handles were hollow. Yes they are and they are for several reasons; 1st if they were solid they would get too hot to hold, 2nd they would be too heavy and third they would cost 3 times as much. It is very rare to find even silverware for your table (that you think is solid) that really is. 99.9999% of the butter knives in silver/stainless ware has a putty in the handle and the tang of the blade is inserted. The joint is then soldered to make it look seamless. These are every bit as nice as the All-Clad. My pans are All-Clad, but I preferred these utensils to theirs

My New Favorite Large Spoon
I lost my large spoon at a group dinner away from the house and realized, after it was gone, that I use it a lot and needed to replace it. I bought this Viking Stainless steel spoon because it was stainless, so shouldn't rust and was described as substantial by other reviewers. When I received it, I noticed the weight was good: not light and bendy, but not too heavy. It's a good looking spoon, actually. I didn't even realize that was a thing until I bought this. It's long enough to stir a dutch oven full of chili or soup or stew without trouble. It washes well and has a spot on the handle that is open if I want to hang it up. Actually, I now use that open spot to tie a ribbon and tag with my name on it when I take it to dinners away from my house. I don't want this one to go missing. I'm really happy with it and honestly, I don't really miss my old one anymore.

Gorgeous!
The deep ladle is a gorgeous stainless steel with some weight to make it feel great in the hand. Not cheap but high quality stainless steel with a high polish. Bowl is wonderful, nice shape and around 3/4 cup. I use it for soups or serving out of the instant pot. Guests have complimented the ladle. Really nice!

well made but !!!
i love everything viking made so i ordered this Slotted Spatula as well as the steak/meat fork, the thing is the Slotted Spatula part "the working end" is a little to thick, short and small and its very stiff and as for the handle all i can say is its slippery in every way making it harder to use when your really doing a lot of cooking at once... other then that its very well made but its something more attune to cooking hamburgers...

Whimpy
While trying to get my 8 hr cooked chicken out of my Crock Pot, the handle kept bending, the meat was definately done and tender, the fork handle was just not sturdy enough to pick up the 3lb. chicken!

Excellent ladle. highly recommend
Excellent ladle. highly recommend. Bought 2 other and this was the nicest. Very shiny. I wonder if it has chromium or other unhealthy metal, I don't know. Do your own reading. Visually it's very nice!

The fork tins are too wide to stab meat and they flex a good 1/2 inch with little torqueing pressure applied
I'm must be completely missing the purpose of this fork. The fork tins are too wide to stab meat and they flex a good 1/2 inch with little torqueing pressure applied. I thought it was a Viking Range LLC product for the cost I paid, but I don't think so now. I guess it could be used for shoveling salad out of a bowl. I wanted something that could support a few pounds of meat, but this fork is so flimsy that I am afraid it would just warp to a point where meat would fall off.

Good quality, longer handle, good for grilling
Great for use on the bbq grill. Longer handle makes it a good choice for using on the grill or stovetop. We're always on the lookout for the perfect spatula, and this is the best we've found for our needs so far.

Cassée après 6 mois d'utilisation
Utilisée normalement en cuisine pendant seulement 6 mois, le manche de cette spatule a fendu. Elle est maintenant prête à casser et inutilisable.
