Brilliant
Fantastic Bluetooth speaker - great design but more importantly great quality sound from something so compact! Lots of punchy bass for its size and the whole unit has a real feel of quality. Highly recommended!

Rugged, cool looking, sounds amazing for its size!
Just like a lot of other reviewers, I am seriously impressed by this little (it really little!) Bluetooth speaker.Pros:It’s built tough! I accidentally flung it off of a 4 foot tall surface on to a tile floor and it didn’t harm it.The sound quality is amazing. I have worked semi-professionally as a sound engineer and own 4 other Bluetooth speakers. No, this speaker doesn’t sound as good as my others, but it’s 1/4 the size of the smallest of ny other speakers. So when I say it sounds amazing I’m saying it sounds amazing for it’s size.Like most everyone else I love the feel of the volume knob. All my other speakers have buttons that are difficult to see and operate. Out I all my speakers the Muzen operates the easiest. It has a built in flash light with 3 settings. In my opinion any rechargeable portable gadget should have a built in light of some kind.It was super easy to pair and it has a toggle knob to skip tracks or go back, and if you press the knob it pauses the music. While the unit is on the flashlight slowly glows on and off letting you know that even if there isn’t sound coming from it, it is in.The charging port glows red while it’s charging, and green when fully charged. When the unit is turned on it makes 2 sets of noises both of which sound like Morse Code beeps. The first set is to let you know it’s on, the second set of beeps let’s you know that it has paired to your device. The beeps are very “military” sounding circa world war 1 and 2 which matches the military aesthetic of the speaker.More:I use my Muzen in the shower dancing from my shampoo caddy, or on the bathroom sink. The sound fills up my bathroom. When working all around the inside or outside of my house I hang the speaker from my belt loop. That way I have my music with me without having to blast music from my karger bt sorsjets or my stereo. It fits in any pocket. It looks really cool.I intend to take thus dieakwt camping, hiking, biking, and use it ad my job-site speaker (I’m a tradesperson)

Amazing performance from a tiny, rugged package
When I saw the announcement from Muzen about this little bluetooth speaker I was very excited. I was instantly drawn to the design. As a designer/engineer/fabricator, I knew that this was something I had to own. I am a returning Muzen customer because I already own one of their OTR metal speakers. From my experience with the OTR, I expected the Wild Mini to be a high quality product, and it did not disappoint. I have been using the speaker frequently for over a month now. The design still delights me every time I look at it. It looks like a piece of military surplus equipment. It would look equally at home in a vintage jeep or the cockpit of a jet. Muzen deliberately featured exposed screws and hardware in a thoughtful manner that accentuates the rugged look. The large metal volume knob has a knurled texture and a satisfying click as you rotate it. This knob is secured on the top of the speaker with a small “bracket” and some more exposed screws. On my gray colored version, all these visible screws have a shiny gunmetal sort of finish that contrasts the matte gray color of the speaker. Adjacent to the volume knob is a power indicator light that can also act as a flashlight. Under normal use, though, the light pulses softly with a warm glow. The charging port is under a hinged cover that has a rubber seal to keep dust and moisture out. The other controls are a combined skip-track/pause button and the main power switch, which is a spring-loaded toggle that can also be pressed to activate the flashlight. When the Wild Mini is establishing a connection with your device it emits a beeping “signal” sort of sound that evokes the retro-military vibe in a whimsical way. Based on my experience with the OTR, I expected the speaker to be made from quality materials. Indeed Muzen demonstrates that using quality materials matters. The Wild Mini is almost entirely metal, and, as a result, has a heft and quality feel. All of these design choices make you feel connected to the Wild Mini in the same way that you would feel connected to a favorite tool from your toolbox. This brings me to the final aspect of this speaker: the performance. Once again, Muzen has shown that larger than life sound can come in a small package. The sound quality is quite surprising given the diminutive size. I should also point out that the packaging design is among the best you will find. My gray version came in a utilitarian-looking plastic case that latches closed. This is another demonstration of the thought and care they put into all aspects of their product. Overall, I am very pleased with the Wild Mini. I really appreciate having a small, rugged speaker that is just as enjoyable to admire as it is to play music on.

Little but heavy and durable
Really nice speaker and case which I use now to hold my cigars.

Wow - This gets loud!
I bought this after watching a Youtube review video. At first I was skeptical of the size, and sound quality that would come out of a speak that could essentially fit in your pocket. To my surprise, this gets loud (at the highest setting) with almost little-to-no reduction in music quality. If you are needing something compact to take to the beach, camping, or otherwise; I'd say to stop reading this review and buy it now! You will not be disappointed. It's easy to use, easy to connect, and has a high value for the money spent.

Didn’t last as long as I expected
So I purchased this product back in 2022. I purchased 2 of them. Used both about the same amount of time. Which probably is about a little over 40 times. Sometimes on its max volume and mostly mid volume. It’s 2025 I started using them again. I charged both up. One the volume knob sometimes works and the battery only lasts about 20 minutes in mid volume. The other battery life is the same mid volume, but everything still works properly. I’m giving it one star because of how the battery is no longer keeping the charge it used to and one the volume control does not work properly anymore. For the money they charged for these. It should last longer. The build quality is amazing. The longevity falls short. Buy something else.
