Great for classroom punch cards!

I purchased this set to work with loyalty cards for my jewelry customers. The heart and star shaped ones are my faves for this as they would be harder for a customer to "duplicate" on their loyalty punch card. The punch tools are well made. A simple insertion of the card stock and firm squeeze produced a perfect stamped cutout of each design I tested. PERFECTION. I highly recommend.

Edit: I had these for a little over a month now. The star puncher now is very loose. It opens by itself & dumps on the floor or desk. I'm not impressed. Seems it started almost right after the 30 day return period.Works perfectly just as described. Used for punch cards at a middle school. Sturdy & easy to use. Don't need to dump frequently & easy to dump when needed!

The star and heart punches leave torn edges instead of cut edges. Sometimes the punch doesn't go through and the semi-punched paper will tear as the hole puncher is removed. I've tried adjusting the speed and force of my punch, but it happens regardless. The circle appears to cut fine.I hope this review is helpful.

These hole punches get the jo done. The heart is not a smooth punch, though – it feels a little jammy but makes a good perfect cutout. Just not smooth in the punch. The circle is mostly smooth and the star is the smoothest punch. I suppose for the price for three it is not that bad at all. Plus, I only use hole punches in limited use. Nail art and greeting cards mostly. So, it is virtually a non-issue for me.The shapes punched are clear – the cut-outs and the holes. They punch through even soft thin stuff like literal tissues. They also punch through thicker stuff like cardboard. So fun to use to add a cut-out or a shape to artistic creations or things you give to others.Enjoy your day! : )

I like hand utensils, such as scissors and knives, that are heavy in the hand and not flimsy feeling. These hole punches are just that. Large, good solid non-slip grips, and easy to depress & use. Three great shapes-traditional circle, star, and heart. Clean cuts on both thin and thicker paper. Great value for three punches at current price of $12.00.

I was happy to get these punches. I already had one that makes circles but getting the stars and hearts was extra special. I try to use up all my paper in card making so not to waste it. After die cutting, then I use my bigger punches to make flowers, etc. and then use my smaller punches, and then these. :) Using these punches I can make confetti in different colors to use in shaker cards without having to buy anything special. The circle punch can also be used to tie ribbon or thin rope on and use for a tag or bookmark. I'm not sure that the heart or star would work very well to use as a hang tag. Now all I have to do is find my other punches like these -- the problem with doing extensive cleaning is finding where I put things!Thank you for these. I appreciate getting to try them out.

This is a great set for crafting. Nice and heavy duty and makes nice clean punch outs. There are three with one being a circle and one is a star and the last one is a heart shape. I plan on using them in upcoming craft projects;)
