I have been on a several year long quest to find the right pillow. I have neck pain and stiffness that is exacerbated by not having a supportive pillow. Many different brands and firmness have been tried and tossed to the bottom of my closet. Too thin. Too firm. Not enough neck support. Too hot. Etc. I was hesitant to try this one because many reviews complained that it wasn’t firm enough. Glad I decided to try it anyway. And HOLY MOLY! I FINALLY found the pillow for me!! I found it to be perfectly firm yet soft. It holds its shape and offers the right amount of support. Since using it, I have slept like a rock and wake with ZERO neck stiffness or pain. I am elated on all accounts. I tell everyone about my pillow! Lol! Ordering two more for family members. Thank you for this life saving pillow!

I have a cervical disk issue & have tried a number of different pillows without success.This one is a blessing for side & back sleeping!My face/head softly sinks into it yet it offers adequate support! Love it!

It’s a good neck pillow but not what I was expecting or looking for in my first neck pillow. It’s comfortable, however I find it too soft as it doesn’t keep its form when sleeping on it to provide the support to the neck as it’s supposed to. I still get some neck pains because of this. It provides minor support since it’s soft. The shape does stay after sleeping on it which is good, it doesn’t flatten. I just wish it was more firm to fill the space to my neck

Very comfortable

I was hopeful this pillow would alleviate my neck pain, but it's been a bit of a letdown. The contour is designed well and the pillow is initially comfortable, but after a few weeks, I've noticed my neck pain returning. The pillow is also a bit firmer than I expected, which isn't ideal for side sleepers like me.The Tencel cover is nice and cool, but I'm not convinced the pillow is living up to its claims of providing long-term neck pain relief.

Big Improvement in Sleep.From the first night, I only woke up once instead of 4–6 times. The higher side works best for me (I’m a guy), but it depends on your build. As an Ocean Lifeguard, sleep is key—and this pillow really helped. Neck pain is now minimal or gone. Great value, especially at a discount. Would recommend. I’ve had it for about a week and half and Love it .

1st order: great, firm and supportive, 100% satisfied. 1st purchase over a year ago.2nd order: most recent order, March 2025. They literally shipped me a flat pillow. Zero support. Very dissatisfied. Quality has tanked and gone done big time. DO NOT ORDER THIS PILLOW UNLESS YOU ARE INTO FLAT PILLOWS.

Coming from only using goose feather down pillows these are amazing. I usually was a side sleeper now I am able to sleep on my back too. The sides are great for my neck support
