We have about 700 square feet of 16 inch ceramic tile with 1/4 inch grout lines. I had hoped over the years that an affordable upright power appliance would become available. This tool however does a much better job with about a quarter of the effort that I used to spend on my hands and knees. Used with ZEP grout Cleaner and Brightener, it gets the job done!

I got it mainly for cleaning a metal awning, which worked quite well. I cleaned metal sheds as well. The only minus is for the head-flipping from side to side during lifting, if not careful. But the narrow angled bristles work well for long narrow spaces.

I’m certain it’s my fault for not reading closely, but I thought you were actually getting two heads and two pole sets for the greater price. It was confusing ! Why I would want two heads without two poles. I look forward to using it. It looks like it will work on the grout in a serious way, but I did think the ad was confusing as to what I was getting for the increased cost!

I was originally sent the wrong brush....Amazons fault. I contacted the seller and they were very accommodating and refunded my money. I reordered to get the correct brush and received it. The telescopic handle didn't work correctly, and I again contacted the seller and they helped me resolve the issue by changing out the handle from the first brush I received and we made it work. Seller was great overall.

I clean a community daycare and was looking for something that will reach odd places like behind the tiny toilets. This is my solution without getting on my knees. Good purchase and sturdy.
