I like the diffuser but for the price I feel like it should be more effective in larger spaces. The refills are expensive for the time they last and the space they fill with the scent.

The media could not be loaded. This diffuser diffuses the scent very well and looks elegant in my room. I am not familiar with the hotels upon which the scent is based, but it smells like very upscale and strong on the bergamot. The diffuser was easy to set up and the instructions are relatively simple. You can run it for up to an eight hour session, and the level of scent can be controlled based on your personal preference. I use the lowest scent setting, and I find it to be perfect for my needs. The scent lasts for a long time after running the cycle, so it’s not something that needs to be running constantly. It makes some noise when it diffuses, but it’s not loud in a way that is unpleasant or distracting.It works well, but I wish there were a way to program it to run on a schedule- for example two hours a day while I’m at work so that I come home to a fresh-smelling house. Ideally, I’d like to be able to have it connect to WiFi so that I can set it up to run just before I get home while I’m on vacation. Alas, I suppose that’s what the little plug in outlet scents are for.In terms of value, this is a luxury item with scents that are on par with expensive perfumes in terms of quality. The price is high, but think of it as paying for a very nice perfume for your house. The refills are very pricey, so keep that in mind if you get this. Overall, I’m happy with this quality diffuser that leaves my house smelling amazing!

I was waiting for a very good waterless diffuser that has scent strength adjustment, evenly distribute the scent to a large room, and looks nice all at the same time. I found this device, which is a little pricy, but SO worth it! It arrived in a very nice, sturdy, gift ready box. The unit itself looks so elegant and made of quality. It includes a signature scent, which smells very much like hotel lobby. I didn't know how to put the scent in the unit and spilled some scented oil on my hands and out of the bottle, but once I got it to go, my house (yes, the entire 1st floor) smells like hotel lobby. I had it turned on 3 dots only!I do hear it distributing scents from time to time, even with very little distribution setting. I am not sure how long that bottle of scent will last because that's the only bottle I have so far. It does smell very very nice. The unit is very easy to use, just plug it in the outlet, and press power button, it will lower the scent bottle when you press eject, and start distributing scent according to the strength you set.I like the white color and the rounded body shape of this scent diffuser, looks very nice where ever I put it in the house.The signature scent smells kind of woody and a bit floral notes. I look forward to trying other scents with this very nice device! Would definitely recommend as long as this unit works!If the refill cartridge is not as high priced, it would have been perfect.

Just received 2 of these diffusers, neither show up in my Wi-Fi settings. Smells good, of course.

This is a gift or self indulgence type of item that in my opinion has a high price based on the status and brand name.I am impressed with the factory packaging and the quality feel of the diffuser. I would consider this a very giftable item. It can be shipped through Amazon directly or I can have it shipped to me so that I can wrap it and present it to someone getting married or as a thank you to someone special. The directions state that the single cartridge will put out scent up to 300 hours if used on the lowest setting. If running 24 hours - this translates into 12 ½ days so on a higher setting it is likely to last about a week.The refills at the time of this review were $85 and changed to $76.50 in the 10 minutes it took to write and edit this text. In my opinion, this is not meant to run more than an hour at a time and then allow the scent to waft through the house. I think I will turn it on for 5 minutes every other hour during the daytime the hours that I am home - I think that would be a good schedule for me. But that makes me feel like I am using something that would compare to a room spray.The directions are clear and the longevity is stated in the product details. I see no reason to deduct any stars based on expectation vs product received.

This diffuser really puts out a big bold scent in my kitchen and living room. This is my first waterless diffuser and I didn't think it would be this strong! Fortunately, I love the scent. I can detect top notes of bergamot, patchouli and amber. The cartridge is easy to install. Occasionally I can hear a little noise from the unit if there is no other noise in the house and I am near it, but usually I don't hear it all. The unit itself has a nice modern look and blends in with my modern looking kitchen decor. The overall presentation of the unit in the box that it comes in make this a perfect gift! My only complaint is that the refill cartridges are so expensive. Even if the cartridge lasts for a solid month, I don't think it will be affordable for me to replace them at the current price. Overall, I recommend this product but definitely check the price of the replacement capsules before purchasing!

Fragrance is very delighting and inviting but it did not last no more than 7 days without it needing a refill . For the cost of the fragrance capsule, it should easily lasted for 2 months on the highest strength
