Issues when trying to get a working code
I bought the ea play card and when I got the code it was already redeemed. I was told to contact Xbox they told me to contact Amazon and the cycle continued. I would buy it straight from Microsoft so there’s no issue since Amazon can’t replace or even refund you after they sent the code. If not you will have to contact you’re bank to hopefully get you’re money back.
