These were quite a find! It has a great taste and the gummies don’t get hard on you. It did stabilize my mood though. And after using it for a while my brain fog is completely gone. It’s a great quality item for the amount they give you.

These gummies personally did nothing for me. I got them and took one to try them out.I felt nothing. So I thought maybe I needed to take them for a while before I felt any effect. I took them every night for a month before bed and never seemed to get any sort of result. They may work for other people. But as for me, it was no good. The taste isn't terrible but the aftertaste is the worst part. However, it's not It's so bad that you can't stand it.

it helped alot with my sleep & keeping me calm, i have a high anxiety issues (my 2 yr old puppy is too blame ;) ) I was hesitant at first cause I used another brand prior too, but this one the flavor is delicious 😋 ... I have it on a subscription.... you wouldn't even know it was made with mushrooms either by the taste
