No it doesn't flake, it actually stays on very well. Ive forgotten to take it off for bed before and its still the same the next morning. Don't overload brush though cos it can clump up on brow.

I personally love it . I have very long hair and when I wear it in a ponytail I like to glue down all the wispy bits of hair . Would definitely recommend
