The company should be ashamed of itself. They have changed the formula and it went from being my favorite product that I can't live without to the worst product. The consistency that used to be a great conditioner now feels like a smily lotion. I used this product exclusively and used to get so many compliments on my shiny hair. Been using this for over 10 years! No more. Go to reddit and you can see how many complaints they have now. Look at the back of the bottle to see the change. Detangle used to be number 1 on the list of the back of the bottle. Now it is at the bottom probably because it doesn't untangle anymore!!

This is my favorite conditioner! My mom does hair professional and got it from Armstrong, figured I would see if Amazon had this product. Absolutely love it! My hair is so soft after using!

Works wonders on my hair. My sister recommended this line of products as I’m getting older and have been experiencing dry brittle hair. This leaves my hair silky and easy to brush without pulling through knots and tangles. I have almost waist length wavy hair that is fine textured for reference. Only thing I noticed is the scent in the conditioner is different from what it used to be. It had a kind of citrusy smell and now it has almost no scent at all. I don’t know if they changed the scent in the conditioner or not. The shampoo and leave in spray conditioner still has the scent I’m familiar with. That’s the only thing I noticed but it still works beautifully.

This is the only conditioner that doesn't leave residue in my hair. I've figured out the perfect method for my hair, and it genuinely doesn't take much. Maybe half a pump and it's enough to coat my hair without being impossible to rinse out. The bottle lasts quite a long time too, for such a small bottle shared between two people. I recommend it. It's left my hair feeling healthier than it has in years.

it’s used this along with the shampoo for 2 years i had the best hair of my life it was long healthy thick. i’ve been bleaching my hairs since i was 12 so that’s saying something! i decided to use a different shampoo and conditioner for about 3 months and my hair all fell out and became super damaged. i just went back to these products and my hair already looks so much better it looks way more shiny and healthier already ! highly recommended these products

I love the It’s a 10 products, including this one. It protects my hair and makes it easy to comb after washing. I have long hair, and it, in combination with their leave-in conditioner, keeps my hair tangle-free.
