Very happy with packaging and look of the noodles. I have not used them yet.

Very good quality, easy to prepare, and tasted delicious.

Each package contains 3 sleeves of soba noodles, as pictured. I ordered two to get an even number of sleeves, and although a few of the noodles were broken (on par with what I buy at the grocery store), I had no complaints. The noodles are ready after 4 minutes in boiling water and seemed slightly thicker than the 3-minute buckwheat noodles I usually buy. I would purchase these again, but wish they came in a packet of four instead of three!

Great soba noodles and worked perfect for the dish I was making. Would highly recommend these for any dish!

These are so delicious, and so easy to cook and prepare, you can eat them on their own or you can addsome veggies as well. They’re gluten free and high in protein

Firs ti will say it may be my fault I'm only giving 3 stars. I don't need gluten free, wheat does not bother me. They did not advertise to be gluten free, however I just read the back of the package and the first ingredient is wheat flour. I thought I was buying 100% buckwheat. They are very good and tasty with a great texture. I have been ordering them for almost a year now and could have sworn I read the ingredient list, because I always do. So I don't know if it changed, or if I just didn't read it, but I will say I'm disappointed for the price I have been paying for these because I did just find 100% buckwheat non good noodles for cheaper.

These noodles are fab for any number of dishes. They have a better flavor, imo, than ones made with overly processed flour. They cook up quick and have a good consistency, holding up well when used in recipes. I like that they are separated by three making it easy to use your desired amount.
