Easy to set up and operate, clear and useful manual. This is very relaxing and feels good on my feet but I've yet to determine if it helped with swollen feet and ankles, or increases circulation in legs. Solidly built.

I purchased this for my mom as a birthday gift. Its easy to use, she's able to store it under her couch, it's not too heavy and durable. She suffers from plantar fibroma and has had multiple surgeries on the bottom of her feet. She has hardwood floors and she has not been able to walk barefoot inside her home in years. She's only used this product for 2 days in the lowest setting and told me this morning she got out of bed and could walk without the pain. The flat vibration plate doesn't apply any direct pressure on knots. The heating element helps relax her muscles making it extremely comfortable and relaxing. She absolutely LOVES it! She is scheduled to have another surgery on one foot to remove a screw that has caused swelling. She is hoping this machine will help the swelling and not need the surgery. I'll update with the news when we find out, but overall I'm very pleased with the way it's helped her in just 2 days and didn't cost an arm and a leg.

The device is sturdy and fits the purpose. It has different vibration sets, it's very simple to use, and it activates my legs' circulation when I seat down for longs periods of time while working. The most comfortable feature is the remote, which can be used either with your feet or your hands.I don't give it 5 stars because it is noisy.Good product overall.

Have had this item for over 6 months now and LOVE IT! It works wonders on your feet and legs. It is a big help with my lymphatic system. Love this item and would highly recommend it.

The Snailax Vibration Foot Massager was purchased as a gift, and the recipient absolutely loves it. They find it incredibly easy to use and appreciate the variety of vibrating patterns that help soothe their tired, achy feet and legs from multiple medical issues and natural aging. The added heat function provides extra relief, and the remote control is an added bonus.

It works... ok. This massager does not really vibrate as much as pulses from the bottom of the foot rest (at your heel). So, your heels will be jumping, but your toes are virtually still. Even at the highest speed it seems a little slow.I work from home and sit a lot, so I was looking for something to help circulation in my feet and legs while working. This unit is quiet, had a nice remote control and works ok. But, all the pressure is on the heels. It appears to be an alternating up and down movement at the heels, so it does put a little pressure on the knees.

I absolutely love this product! I’ve been using it every night while watching tv and before going to bed. This massager has significantly decreased swelling on my ankles and has helped with blood flow to my feet. I feel that I even sleep better at night. I waited a couple of weeks to write this, just to make sure of the continuing effect. Love it!

The product itself is of good quality and easy to operate, for that I would give it 5 stars. The strength of the vibration was too weak for me and did not help with my discomfort. That doesn’t mean that it wouldn’t work for someone else. If you don’t need a real strong vibration I would recommend this product.
