This worked well for our Sun sail. We had more than we needed for our job. The parts seem well made. So far no issues

Great experience

All material was stainless steel, which is what I hoped. However, the plastic coating on the cable didn't hold up to the install. Overall, I found the size of the kit was really under-sized for what I wanted. I was installing a 20' x 24' shade sail. I ended up buying all needed hardware from a local hardware store, therefore, I wasted my money on this kit.

Although ColourTree told us this was the correct hardware for our 8x16 sail it did not appear strong enough. Everything attached ok but we were told by another pro that the hardware should be heftier as we would not able to get the right amount of tension. I used larger deck screws to mount the pad eyes to the fascia but was told by ColourTree I should have used the screw anchors that came with the kit. Hmm...It was also recommended by another pro that we attach to a rafter behind the fascia in order to get the right tension.We returned the item and are moving up to a retractable awning.
