Brilliant little camera.I use it to replace my Bambu P1S camera on a front mount.Easy setup, great picture quality and all for a low price.Only negative (not product related) Amazon left my first delivery next to my green bin, no packaging and it was stolen.But! They sent a replacement out which was great. Redemption :)

Really good camera day and night mode easy set up privacy modes can add more cameras or devices such as lights vacuums ect quality is good can talk through picks up motion I'm impressed for the price, 30 day free trial then £30 subscription for the whole year

Easy to set-up out the box and pair with phone app, although i had to watch a youtube review to understand how to initiate the SD card. I was initially unclear how/when exactly the device starts recording and will note here for others - as soon as the SD is inserted and accepted (you will see notification on phone app), the camera, by default, starts recording 'detections' events only, if you want continuous recordings this would need to be changed within settings. Only slight negative is I wish the base was slightly more heavier.

This is an indoor camera. We use it facing out through a double glazed window in an understairs cupboard. Day time it's perfect. For night time you have to change the setting to always be on day mode, make sure the room/cupboard has no lights on in there & as long as you have a street light outside or your own outside light on you can see really well, once the outside lights go off its almost pitch black until sunrise or the lights come back on. For use it's perfect as we only use it mainly to be nosey 🤣We bought an sd card so do not pay any extra for the camera than the original purchase price.We have used it to watch our hamster at night in the house & the night vision is really clear.

This camera is great, now my third Tapo camera.. Very easy to set up, the app works well and gives access to all of its features. No need to subscribe if using a memory card. Perfect for my needs, will no doubt buy more!

The camera is great. Mic and audio work well clear enough for an entry level WiFi camera. Has good features too, without added charges such as privacy zones. Away/home mode etc.TapoCare can get expensive, which is required for the cloud storage and extra features but SD cards can be used to record motion detection times and person detection times (sold separately). There is no built in storage at all. Cloud or SD card only.Connection to WiFi was easy. Much quicker than most devices like this and the mobile app is brilliant on both a new Samsung S23 and older Samsung S10. Allowing upto 32 cameras to be easily added and operated from the same app.Picture quality on the 2k cam is really good. I'm very impressed with the night vision too.

Impressive device and a big improvement on my older webcams, especially in low light. The red and white LEDs are surprisingly effective. I briefly used the tapo cloud/app to check functionality before converting it to OpenIPC. This camera will not have an internet connection available once in its intended location.
