Schmetz makes the best needles
When I sew clothing, it is generally knits. All kinds of knits, from slinky to more sturdy. I have found that Schmetz Stretch needles are the best needles to use for all types of knits. I tried ball point and some others, but these don't snag my thread and perform perfectly. I don't get snarls of thread or skipped stitches when I use these. I highly recommend these needles to anyone who sews knits. Schmetz needles are also the only brand I use for ANY type of fabric; all types work exceedingly well as long as I use the correct needle for the type of fabric I am sewing.

Great price
My sewing machine needles arrived on time, the price is great compared to other stores. I love the fact that I was able to get the size needles that I wanted instead of a combination size package.

Work great.
Use for knits where they are very good. Does not make holes in the fabric.

Many needles for a good price.
There are many needles in this packet. The price is good for this many. I was disappointed that there were not the longer needles I wanted for hand quilting.

The right needle for the job
As I continue to learn the art of sewing I realize that the right needle means I can sew better and a wider range of projects. I love the freedom of knowing I can sew what I want and I feel freer to try more. These needles glide through stretchy fabric without snagging.
