I've tried a few brands including the expensive ones but these are the best so far. Unlike the others these can be chewed easily and don't get stuck in your teeth! They taste really nice and very effective.I usually take 4 tablets for a meal with a lot of dairy. For context I am 6'2" with a large build (but not overweight).

I haven't yet been brave enough to drink milk but it seems to work with soft cheese and yogurt. Flavour is not gourmet but more than ok for what is essentially a medicine.

Easy to chew and swallow. 60 tablets come in a fairly small bottle but I liked that as I can pop it in my handbag.

My daughter suddenly seemed to become unable to digest dairy - even in small amounts (although this has not been medically confirmed). I bought these in a hurry as we were going on holiday. They work a treat and I have reordered. She takes them before she plans to eat dairy but it has also worked just after, if she forgets.

I cannot believe after suffering all my life, these little gems actually work!They are super tasty too, and literally have changed my life.

Could make a larger size bottle and none of this half empty lark. The bottle gets smaller and the price goes up. Bad enough having to take them.

I haven’t be able to eat ice cream with cream and milk for 2 years, I bought these tablets and I was afraid to try them for 3 weeks, but last night I tried them and had ice cream and no allergy reaction for milk and cream.I wish I knew them before 🙏
